This is a home that was damaged by sandblasting from the previous painter.  Toti's Painting took over finishing the project after the origional painter was fired.  We repaired the project using powerful sanders, grinders with hepa vacume to collect the lead dust to restore the house to its origional state. 

This is a a one of our usual paint job.  All of our paint restoration projects includes sanding, caulking, fastening with stainless stel fasteners, priming and finally painting.  This attention to detail provides our customes with the best painting experience that will last 12 - 15 years depending on color and sun exposure.

Red cedar shaker shingles refinished Sikkens Stain.  We sanded the the shingles removing the grey oxidized wood fibers inorder to restor each shingle to its origional color.
